Zachary Cavanagh

Associate (Provisional License)

Zachary Cavanagh is an up-and-coming star in the labor and employment litigation world, who displays all of the skills necessary to be the best advocate for his clients, especially those employees that have been harassed, discriminated and suffered unlawful conduct in the workplace. Zachary is a graduate of the Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law and is currently a Provisionally Licensed Attorney under California's new COVID-19 accommodations for 2020 law graduates. While in law school, Zachary found a passion for alternative dispute resolution and competed in numerous competitions against law students from across the globe, establishing himself as one of the top global negotiators/advocates for clients in Mediation. In 2019, Zachary won the Gold Medal for Best Mediator and Best Mediation Advocate in the Singapore International Mediation Competition, which was held as an opening event for the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting From Mediation. Due to Zachary's outstanding performance in Singapore, he was then specially invited to participate in the ADR (alternative dispute resolution) ODR Dubai Negotiation Bootcamp, where he again competed on the international level and received accolades of the highest order. Beyond Mediation, Zachary also won First Place Best Written Brief and First Place Best Oral Advocate in the Southern California Regional Saul Lefkowitz Trademark Moot Court Competition. Zachary then won Fifth Place Best Written Brief and Sixth Place Best Advocate at the Washington D.C. National Finals, where he argued his case within and before the Washington D.C.
